Soft honey cookie

Ingredients

Butter (or margarine) 150 gr.
Honey 2 tbsp. l
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Flour 3-4 tbsp.
Soda 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Melt honey in a water bath until liquid. Mash the butter with a fork, add honey, mix. Then add sour cream and sugar, mix well. Pour in flour mixed with soda gradually. The dough is sticky. With hands dipped in cold water, sculpt balls the size of a walnut. Bake cookies at 180-200 degrees until golden brown.
