Ingredients

Boiled mushrooms different 1 glass

Butter 20 grams
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • - I heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  • - I put all the products in the pan, fry the mushrooms until the liquid boils out, when the mushrooms and vegetables begin to fry.
  • - add salt and spices (Provencal herbs and ground pepper, preferably white), adjust the taste.
  • - in parts I transfer the fried vegetables into the blender bowl and break until mashed. You choose the degree of breaking yourself - mashed potatoes or pieces.
  • - put the mashed potatoes back into the pan, fry again for a short time, but so that the mass of mashed potatoes does not fry in the pan.
  • - adjust the taste for salt and spices.
  • All! The pate is ready! We put it in a salad bowl!

I think that it makes no sense to cook mushroom pate for 2 hours or more and then preserve.
This pate can be made very quickly! And always fresh in the amount you need to the table!
Therefore, I propose to freeze substandard mushrooms in portions in the freezer, and then cook pate at any time of the year.
