Snack cheese and curd roll

Ingredients

Hard cheese 400 g
Bazaar fat cottage cheese 150 g
Butter, soft 50 g
Meat - sausage leftovers 150 g
Garlic (optional) 1 clove
Dill, parsley taste

Cooking method

  • I bought a bad cheese. Of course, no one wanted to eat it, and I was terribly tired of sprinkling the meat with cheese. Here is the result.
  • Cut the cheese into thin slices, put it in a plastic bag (I used a bag for freezing food). Put the bag of cheese in a saucepan, fill it with cold water and slowly bring the water to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, we are preparing the filling. We mix the cottage cheese with butter, mayonnaise, meat and sausage leftovers (I finely chopped the fried turkey fillet), season to taste.
  • The cheese, meanwhile, has become a kind of plasticine. We roll this plasticine into a layer, spread it with a filling, roll it up, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator (preferably at night).
  • Cut with a regular knife, not a file!
  • I drove my husband from the refrigerator, drove, but did not keep track. I started cutting early, the roll has not completely cooled down yet. But it was sooo tasty.
