French meat on a potato pad for Cuckoo 1054

Ingredients

Beef 300 BC
Small potatoes 4-5 pcs.
Lekovica 2 pcs.
Cheese 30 g
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Ketchup (not used) 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the meat, dry it, chop, mix with chopped onion. Do not salt !!!... Fry (possible without oil) mode Oven 3 level 1-2 minutes. Put in a separate bowl.
  • Peel the potatoes, trim them with a vegetable peeler. Place in a pan greased with vegetable oil Cuckoo 1054... Season with salt and pepper. Put the meat and onions on top, salt and pepper, grease it purely symbolically with mayonnaise mixed with ketchup (I didn’t use ketchup, but I dripped mayonnaise from a tube a couple of times), sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater. Multi-cook 110C 10 minutes
