Ingredients

Trout (steaks) 6 pcs
Soy sauce 1-2st. l
Basil (dried) 0.5 tsp
Salt (as needed)

Cooking method

  • 1. Sprinkled pieces of fish with soy sauce, sprinkled with dry grass.
  • 2. Put all the pieces in a baking bag, making holes in the bag for steam to escape.
  • 3. Select the "Oven" mode 1 level, 12 minutes. (I think 10 minutes is enough)

Tanya, and if there are a lot of steaks, those whole fish, cut into pieces (whole salmon), how long does it take to cook it? Doesn't the countdown start right away in the Oven, does it cook there under pressure?

Liz, there the countdown does not start immediately and the lid is blocked.

In general, I went the proven way and cooked on Multipovar 120C for 7 minutes. As a result, the total time was 17 minutes, which resulted in an amazingly tasty trout!
