Turkey fillet with pears (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Turkey fillet 500g
Pears () 4-5 pcs
Marjoram taste
Basil taste
Ginger grated 0.5 tsp
Soy sauce 20-30 ml
Vegetable oil 10-20 ml
Balsamic vinegar taste
Pepper taste
Honey (or brown sugar) 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the turkey meat into small pieces and marinate in the above seasonings, leave to marinate for about thirty minutes.
  • 2. Cut the pears into quarters, who have large pears, but not in large and not small pieces, onions in thin half rings.
  • 3. Put brown sugar and vegetable oil in a saucepan. 4. Onions and pears fry on the "Roasting" or "Oven" mode third level, one minute. Pears with onions and sugar will "make friends" and will give such ... cool aroma ... real frying time is 3-4 minutes
  • 5. In the meantime, the meat has already been pickled and we, with a clear conscience, send it to onions and apples our "Toasting" or "Oven" mode is still in progress.
  • 6. At the end of the "Toasting" or "Oven" mode, close the lid and select "Multi-cook" 120 degrees, 5 minutes.
  • 7. The dish is ready. Serve well with funcheza.
