Turkey fillet brizoli

Ingredients

turkey fillet 600gr
eggs 2-3pcs
flour 2 tbsp. spoons
milk
salt
spices to taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the turkey fillet into portions, beat off, salt, roll in flour, then in eggs beaten with specials. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Transfer to a saucepan, pour milk, but not so that the meat would float, and so that the milk would not cover the fillet to the end. Simmer over low heat. Theoretically, until all the milk has evaporated. But we like it so much that the milk has boiled down, but not completely evaporated, it turns out a very tasty sauce. As a spice, I took Kamis for chicken. Sooooo aromatic and delicious!
  • The entire stewing procedure can be carried out in a frying pan, but it is better to wash it after frying the meat.
