Ingredients

dough:
300 gr flour
2 tea. baking powder
75 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
125 gr cottage cheese
150 gr plain yogurt
100 ml vegetable oil
curd cream:
750 gr of cottage cheese
150 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
200 gr fat sour cream or whipping cream (30%)
1 packet of lemon zest
3 eggs
1 sachet of cottage cheese powder (60 gr)

Cooking method

  • fruit filling:
  • Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds, sprinkle with a little sugar to taste and leave until the juice comes out (you can prepare the plums the day before).
  • Thoroughly drain the released juice, dry the plums.
  • dough:
  • Mix flour with baking powder, add the rest of the ingredients and quickly knead into a soft dough.
  • Roll out most of the dough on baking paper, from the rest of the dough make sides with a height of 3.5 cm. Sprinkle the dough with 2 tablespoons of semolina.
  • Tile the plums. Sprinkle on 1 table. spoon of semolina. Cut off strips of baking paper and insert in a circular shape.

I’m probably over- or under-wise of the current. I covered the plums with sugar, and they stood with me for about an hour and a half. The sugar had not yet completely dissolved and therefore it was a pity for me to shake it off well. And in the baking process, the plum probably gave a lot of juice. Therefore, I think so, and I baked a pie instead of 1 hour 30 minutes. two and a half hours. but it did not bake well in the curd mass. It can be seen that the excessive amount of plum juice did its "dirty" business and the cottage cheese remained moist, which did not spoil the taste at all. Next (obligatory!) Time I will do everything right. By the way, how much should the plums be infused?
