Bird's liver poured in sour cream

Ingredients

Liver 500 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulb 1 PC.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Corn flour 30-40 g
Water
Salt
Lavrushka 1-2 leaves
Dill / parsley several branches

Cooking method

  • Wash the bird's liver, cut, salt / pepper,
  • roll in corn flour.
  • Fry lightly in a small amount of olive oil. Darken for 10 minutes under the lid.
  • Add very good finely chopped carrots, onions.
  • After 5-6 minutes add sour cream, add warm boiled water,
  • parsley / dill, celery, lavrushka, stir,
  • Simmer until the carrots are cooked.

Note

Delicious with any side dish, but especially with mashed potatoes.

Sometimes we eat liver without a side dish, as an independent dish, but then I make more gravy.
In such cases, I also serve salad.

They gave me a good recipe for an apple pie without dough, I have already baked it, but there is no photo yet, because we have cloudy days and it's dark at home, and my minolta is old and only in daylight are photos taken. I will post it, as soon as possible.
