Ingredients

Wheat flour 125 g
Corn flour 250 g
Baking powder 1 tea the spoon
Kefir (in grams !!!!!) 550 g
Canned corn 1 jar (net weight 285 g)
Feta cheese or feta cheese 200 g

Cooking method

  • Dry the cheese on a paper towel and cut into cubes. Drain the liquid from the corn.
  • Mix flour with baking powder, add kefir, egg, mix thoroughly, add corn, mix, add cheese, mix.
  • The dough turns out to be quite thick, it falls out of the spoon, and does not pour out.
  • Pour 1 table into a frying pan (preferably Teflon - less oil will go away). a spoonful of vegetable oil, heat, put a ladle of dough and quickly smooth it into a round cake. Fry over medium heat (I have a 9-level stove, I heated the pan on the 7th level, and then fried on the 5th). Do not cover with a lid! I fried the first pancake under the lid on my head - it splattered so that at least run away from the kitchen! Each pancake takes a tablespoon of oil.
  • The pancakes are delicious and very satisfying! They go amazing with vegetable caviar or salad!
