Whole grain wheat flour 100 g
Grated apple 160 g
Grated pumpkin 100 g
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Powdered milk 3 tbsp. l.
Warm water 425 ml
Stevia / sugar / honey taste
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve milk powder in warm water, add yeast, stevia / sugar / honey. While the yeast is waking up, grate or grind the apple and pumpkin in a blender (you do not need to peel the apple peel), add to the milk-yeast mixture. Sift flour with salt, pour into the future dough. The bran remaining after sieving should be sent there. Knead the dough by hand with a spoon or whisk, it does not require long kneading. Add oil at the last moment, knead well again and leave warm for 25 minutes. The dough is ready, you can bake!
