Ingredients
White or dark grapes 1.5 kg
Jelly sugar
(or 1 kg of regular sugar
+ bag "Zhelfix 1 + 1") 1 kg
Cooking method

1. Wash the grapes, let the water drain and remove the berries from the branches.
2. Extract juice from berries with an electric juicer. It should be about 1 liter.
3. Add sugar to the juice, then, stirring occasionally, bring the liquid to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes.
4. Pour into small jars and close immediately.

Note
ZY: For the preparation of jelly from grapes, only freshly squeezed juice is suitable, since the finished grape juice freezes much worse. If the grapes are very sweet, I advise you to cook with sugar at the rate of 2: 1 or 3: 1.
