Thank you for the explanation !!! I just haven't quite figured it out yet ...
I thought to put everything at once, (well, for example, so as not to sit at night not to wait for signals), to throw everything at once and probably something more, something less ... it seemed like that ...

If the mode was wrong, the tray would simply burn out, but the HP itself would not turn off. And it does not turn on now - no signs of life. Plus, I chose the time, if I had the baking mode selected, then I would not have chosen 8 hours for yogurt.

It is logical.

You will decide first, if you plan to bake at night and with additives, then a dispenser is probably needed.
Although, they say you can put everything in a bucket at once. I haven't tried it.

A dispenser is not necessary, as the list of foods to add mid-cycle is very limited. These are raisins, nuts, sausages, olives ... That is, minor additives that are not used every day. For example, cheese, herbs and onions are added at the very beginning. So, if you are not a zealous lover of raisin buns, then you can completely do without a dispenser.
I have one HP with a dispenser, and the second (which has burned out today) - without. So I can tell you, there is - I use, no - well, okay

Tasha87 how are you with the broken bread maker
Yesterday I was taken to the service center. There she was taken for examination to confirm the factory marriage. Through within 21 days they must give an answer. If everything is fine, then we want to take the money and buy the same model, but in a different place. I can't give up homemade yogurt and butter anymore

But please tell me which store you bought if in Moscow?
I just have techno power nearby and it is in stock .. but somehow it jars me there to acquire, someone like that wrote that they sold second-hand and for the money it seems like they took a new one ...

I do not recommend buying in Technosila. We came across a marriage in it twice. And we bought in Citylink (online store), but also got a marriage - a week later it burned out. So, ask around here, who bought where.

I read that it was made in Korea ... It seems to me that it does not depend on the manufacturer, but on the check at the warehouse ... Otherwise, if they are negligent, they can easily miss the marriage, and then we blame the manufacturer ...

I went and weighed the flour in one cup at LG. 155 grams.
It is important how you weighed it. Well knocked upside down on the table !!! and "under the knife".

Good luck!
In the instructions attached to the LG HB-2001BY in the chapter "Products for making bread" on page 20 in bold type, the highlight is "ALWAYS USE A MEASURING CUP FOR THE FLOUR SET. it turns out less than 155 gr. But on the other hand there are 4.3 measuring glasses (not tamped), on the scales = 500 g. (For those who have electronic scales, this figure can be specified up to mg) or 2 sieve mugs (250 g). Scooped up flush with the edge, at the same time and sifted (who has no scales or a glass from another model).

I asked the officials in the Lji store, the bread makers are all made in Korea, they showed the nameplate, but there is a Russian chef with the function only for Russia. Perhaps in online stores they are misleading, saying that they are made in Russia. They are for Russia. I chose 2001 BY myself.

It is also convenient, especially in the absence of scales. Unfortunately, our (2001BY) "bread cups" still have to be counted. In other instructions, we simply measure 4 1/3 and fill in, and 2001 indicates 4.3, so puzzle your head: "How much?" especially for a beginner. And to adapt the recipe to another stove ... you will have to remember the school mathematics course (your cups in grams, then in "bread cups" from another model), so you have to acquire scales or another measuring cup with a scale for bulk and liquid. The manufacturer does not take this into account

Hello experienced bakers! I'd like to receive your competent advice.

Yesterday I bought the LG HB-2001 BY stove discussed here, congratulated myself on the purchase, started French bread for testing.
As it should be according to the instructions, she beeped me for the first time at the moment when you can add different additives to add 8 beeps, the second time she beep 4 times twenty minutes before the end of the cycle, and then 8 more times at the very end. There was a trace on the display. picture [: H]. I tried to press STOP, as written in the instructions, the bread maker did not respond to the press. I had to unplug the plug to turn it off.
What did I do wrong?
After my smart multicooker, this machine seems questionable

For the "Stop" button to work, it must be slightly pressed for a few seconds. She is designed for this

Doubts that I had to cut it out of the network is somehow rude in relation to the typewriter, in my opinion.
The fact is that for the rest of my devices, you can simply press the Cancel or Off button.
So I'm worried if I'm doing my new settler harm.

Nothing bad will happen.
After the end of the program, the HP goes into heating mode.
You can "Stop" by holding for a few seconds, you can from the socket.
I don't use heating, after baking I take out the bucket and turn it off.

The question of jam, can anyone make the stove constantly mixes until the end of the program, or only at the beginning, and then only cooks? And what is the consistency?
I ask because my burned out Kenwood did that, and it didn't look like any jam.

In the "Jam / Jam" mode, kneading is continuous, but not as active as when kneading the dough. And the density of the jam depends on the fruit and the sugar / fruit ratio.

As I already wrote earlier, my HP LG 2001 burned down after 7 days of work and we sent it for examination to confirm the factory defect. Then I wanted to buy the same model, but in another store, but it turned out to be there. It's not meant to be. And we bought another HP with the "Yogurt" function. So, by the method of experiment, in the end I got yogurt in which a spoon does not fall and, which has a beautiful creamy consistency. In general, I share the recipe - maybe it will come in handy for someone.

Bread maker LG HB-2001BY (with functions of yoghurt and butter)

Thick yogurt recipe:
Ingredients:
1 liter of milk Prostokvashino selected
5 capsules of Yogulact or 1 jar of Activia without additives
1 tbsp. l. milk powder
Preparation:
We heat the milk to 40 degrees. We pour a little into a cup and stir the leaven and milk powder in it. Pour into the rest of the milk and mix well. Pour into the yogurt tray and place in the bread maker's bucket. We set the "Yogurt" mode for 8 hours. After the time has elapsed, put the tray in the refrigerator. After 3-4 hours, we get a thick-thick yoghurt, from which you can make wonderful fruit yoghurts, ayran. And also, if this yogurt stands in the refrigerator for a day, then it can be used as sour cream, and it is very tasty.

Happy new year everyone !!!

So I became the owner of the lg 2001 bread machine.

First of all, in order to please the family, I decided to bake ordinary white bread (special mode 2A)

The bread was cooked, laid it out to cool gradually, then cut it and found that it was not baked.

All ingredients were added strictly according to the instructions and in the correct sequence.

French bread ((((

I use high quality Makfa flour.

Tell me or recommend what needs to be done to solve the problem of under-baking bread?

Hello!
1. Is the bread just damp inside or is it just viscous and dull? If the second, then the flour is bad. I also take MacFa, but it doesn’t come once at a time: sometimes it’s successful, sometimes it’s not at all (I use this on pancakes)
2. Perhaps you have set the wrong size of bread - this also affects the baking capacity.
3. And, probably, the most important thing - watch the kolobok during kneading. If the dough spreads during active kneading, then add 1 tbsp. l. warm water. See that the bun is fully formed.

By the way, for the first time in my LG it turned out to be a gritty rubber one, but the problem was in the flour.
Coolly

Try to buy MacFoo, but in another store ... Or, if you get it, then Khutorok.
And one more thing ... When I open a new bag of flour, I usually bake medium bread ... Well, so it’s not so sorry if the flour fails.
And one more trick: yeast in an open bag should be stored no more than 3-4 days, otherwise the dough will not work well.
YanOchka-
And what was the temperature of the water for the bread? I did it yesterday.
One and the same package of flour (Tikhoretskaya bakery, from Magnit), poor voltage in the 160W network (did not hurt), awesome bread. I changed the standard recipe for myself. I removed dry milk, leaving only water and reduced salt, sugar, yeast and butter (replaced with vegetable) by half. And then it turned out sweetish. A win-win recipe.
I'm starting to make the third batch in a row, but already on yogurt from the refrigerator (I decided to slightly change the recipe for butter, and so as not to look in the instructions, I improvised). Note that earlier this improvisation was successful. A little bit of boiling water dripped to make it warm (usually I take 1 m / st. Cold water and 0.5 m / st hot, it turns out what is needed), obviously there is not enough heat for the dough, because I increased the sugar by 3 st. L and added instead vegetable (it is warm, on the table is) creamy (from the refrigerator) and raisins (all this is in the main recipe where for 1.5 m / st of water 4.3 m / st of flour is taken.not rammed). But yeast took 1.5 h / l, not 2. And what happened at the end? Inside, it is sticky in places like on FAST (it bakes for 35 minutes, in contrast to the NORMAL, which has 55) and the height is 750 grams, and the flour is 4.3m / glass. Didn't rise as it should.
Here, both cold yogurt and cold butter were given, and there is not enough yeast (previously, kefir used to be heated.) And LG also has a peculiarity - it is not necessary to set the weight of bread. just the recipe is taken on the basis of 750 gr. or 1000.
Well, and the last thing, if the flour was changed, the yeast was opened fresh, the water is warm as it should, and the bread is badly cooked, it remains to allow a marriage in the car, but this is an extreme case. Bread makers of this modified model bake excellent bread from the first try, the main thing is to strictly adhere to proportion and sequence. The recipes at LG are accurate.
In the bookmark of products, make sure that the yeast does not get on the salt, it will not work. That is, they poured a pile of salt, on it a large pile of sugar to cover it, on top of a small yeast and next to a piece of butter, or next to it in a vegetable hole. I did this the very first time I opened the bread maker. The bread was a success. Try again. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice to all everyone! Here's what happened today:
I decided to bake a cupcake, but there was no baking powder and decided to have a cake) in general, I replaced the water with milk and water, made it warm)) everything else is strictly according to the recipe, and an awesome cupcake came out, and also flour "one hundred recipes". Here) and opened the fresh yeast, in the end, everything quickly grunted)) tomorrow I'll try to make the usual one)

And for the main wheat bread, I bookmark the ingredients as follows: liquid (water, milk, potato broth), add vegetable oil or butter to it, flour on top, on flour - in one corner of the bucket - salt, in the other - sugar, and in the middle in small depression - yeast (baked on dry)

Hello dear old-timers and experienced bakers!
Help me to understand! I also have HP –LG 2001.
I understand that there is no function in this HP - just baking?
For example, I want to first knead the dough and hold it for 2 hours, and then set the baking time, also my own. Can I do it here? Or should you use only the built-in programs? What a shame!
YanOchka-
There is a function of just baking - it is called KEKS, but it is automatic and you cannot change the time in it, unfortunately. the TESTO program also makes kneading without proofing. LG 2001 despite the presence of tempting functions - YOGURT, OIL, RUSSIAN CHEF, is very easy to use thanks to its fully automated programs. This allows beginners to master baking in bread makers and get excellent results right away.
To set your time, you must have a MANUAL MODE. LG 2001 doesn't have it. Perhaps you were misled by the RUSSIAN COOK function, but this is only a certain mode (again, automatic) for baking complex dough (for example, butter, and, or with dough)
In your case, already having this model, you can adapt in the following ways:
1) Dough mode, knead, YOGURT (up to 40 degrees. Heating) for the test at this temp.a lot, so we heat 10-20 min and leave it on the rise, then hand kneading in a bucket and again heating a little bit, spreading and kneading (repeated 2-3 times) and baking on a KEKSE.
2) You carefully study the table of modes in the instructions, select the mixing mode that suits you, note the time (for example, the 1st batch or the time after the 2nd batch), turn off the STOP button with a long hold and bake KEKS.
Although the available modes are quite enough, and for rye, the BASIC and RUSSIAN COOK is suitable, we only make the leaven and dough in a bowl outside the bread machine.
Good luck!

Can you please tell me what is the volume of a bucket in a bread maker? My HP began to crawl over the coating, I wanted to order a new bucket and faced the fact that they write on the Internet that a 1.5 liter bucket relies on the HB-2001BY model. I measured my bucket - 2 liters calmly enter. I can't figure out which bucket to order 1.5 l or 2 l

You need to look so that the description for the bucket indicates the weight of bread 1 kg
and the volume of the bucket in liters, I think, is definitely not 1.5 - since this is a bucket for 700 g of bread maximum

So it turns out that a 2L bucket is like this 🔗

Dear bakers, users of HP LG HB-2001BY I'm in painful thoughts about choosing a stove and I have a lot of questions. I will be very grateful if you find the time and opportunity to answer!
1. Can HP itself knead the cake and bake it, in one program, or are they 2 different - kneading and baking?
2. How long does it take to bake the cupcake program? Do I need to pre-line the bucket with parchment?
3. Is there an exact layout in the instructions, in which program how long does the kneading, proofing, baking take?
4. Does anyone bake sourdough bread in it without using thermophilic yeast?
5. Is the bucket placed in the oven gently, or with force, jerk? (for example, you need to put a bucket with already raised bread for further baking, there are xn, in which it is not just put, but as if with a strong effort, and shaking occurs, the bread goes down.)
6. At what temperature is yogurt cooked?
I would be very, very grateful for the answers!

Do not be offended, it’s just that you have a question formed like that. Alas, yeast-free bread is only matzah, Armenian lavash, African flatbreads, chapatis, and soda cakes. Everything else contains yeast.
