A new bucket for PANASONIK on the Yandex market (n) costs 4500r ... so there is something to think about ...

as it turned out, all stoves are now sick with buckets ... so at least the new one is cheaper, more affordable on LV, and in general even oil seals are sold separately for it ...
Your truth! The girls bought oil seals - the repair is not at all expensive.
I've just bought a new bucket, and the old one is palomatoe - I'll buy a new oil seal for him.

And my bucket is cool, very durable !!! and the bread maker is 8 years old !!!! And he is not going to retire, the only thing is that new ones are already baking, and dumplings are not kneading well, so I want a new one ..
I generally respect LG. the quality of the devices is super and the prices do not break. Their microwave has worked for me for 11 years of everyday use. I baked in it and cooked porridge and so on ...
mowgli
I would take a Panasonic only because of kneading dough for noodles, they say you can immediately take it out and roll .. And how are the new Skis? who made the dumplings dough? In my old one, you need to mix a lot, it comes out half-finished, but the dough for pies is something .. mmm

thanks everyone for the answers)
there is no extra money, in my opinion it does not exist, in principle, LG as a brand suits me. Recently they chose a TV set for the kitchen, I had to stay at this company, since for an adequate price only they had a really good viewing angle) I am more and more inclined to choose this model, I hope that soon I will join the bakers too.
Girls, what do you think of the Daewoo double-shaped stove?
mowgli
At a colleague at work, Dave, when I brought bread from LV, she said that she never ate better than my bread .. She never gets it as fluffy as mine ..
But again, we all know that in any company there are and there are punctures, I've read how many, everyone scolds our Skiers, and my just a hard worker and excellent bread, both fast and white, and French .. So ..

What I like about my stove is that you don't need to measure everything in grams, I do everything in measuring cups according to the recipe ..

Check all joints and gaps so that everything is smooth, nothing dangles, it is evenly screwed so that the mixer does not dangle. all instructions were included.

Even on Yandex in the search, if you type a request for a bread maker and click a video, then there is a video in my opinion from the program "test purchase" there they tell you how to check.
Gala308
I chose the model of the bread maker for a long time and finally settled on this one. I ordered it on the Internet, I'm waiting for it to come and I'm very worried, because I don't understand what needs to be done to check. The video, unfortunately, did not find
I read in one of the topics that you can turn on the program and make sure that the motor is spinning, but I'm afraid that the forwarder won't wait until I figure out which buttons to press and I'm not sure that the bread maker can be turned on when it's empty. Please tell me if you need to turn on the bread maker to check
Violet-violet
Gala308, I did not check mine in any way. Just make sure everything is in place - bucket, stirrer, measuring cup, measuring spoon, instructions, warranty. You can just plug it in - the screen should light up, select programs (check how the buttons work). Something like this...

Peace be with you bakers!
Your and our ranks have been replenished with one more sacrifice of bread and cake

Well, perhaps I'll start with the fact that the first bread did not work out for me ... well, the second and third and tenth too ... But, as they say, the master's business is to be afraid !!! Bread with a Hurray, muffins are eaten in a few hours, I can't get enough of yogurt, well, but butter is above all praise!
Homochka
Hello girls! I'm knocking on your ranks I am the happy owner of the LG 2001 stove for less than a week - as a result, three bread (all successful), the fourth is now cooling down, two yoghurts (not ideal yet, but strive for a boom) and a few questions)

Share your experience
1. I twice baked bread weighing 700 grams (onion and white main) and they went up right on the whole bucket. So it became interesting, and if you put food on a kilogram - bread won't run outside the pechuni?

2. About yogurt. I made the first time from milk 2.5% on activation (6 hours) - it turned out to be liquid drinking, the second time I took milk 3.5% and my own yogurt as a ferment (8 hours) - thicker, but the spoon is still not worth it. So, I read in the topic that you can add powdered milk for density. Can you tell me how much to pour it?

3. Well, here's just curiosity - many here write that the oven is not the first, or even not the second - what happened to the previous ones? And what kind of bread makers are generally fatal sores?

Thank you very much in advance

Homochka, do you bake bread according to recipes from the booklet of your HP LG?
If so, then yeast there in the recipes och. a lot, which is not very good. This is probably why the bread rises high.
I also have LG, I also faced such a problem at the beginning.
Owners of the same HP as yours may also prompt you something.

3. Well, here's just curiosity - many here write that the oven is not the first, or even not the second - what happened to the previous ones? And what kind of bread makers are generally fatal sores?
My HP is almost 3 years old, there was one problem recently - I replaced the bucket due to a leak. But this is the trouble of all HPs.
And so the firm is very good. reliable.

I repeatedly baked kilogram breads according to recipes from the forum and never once did the dough run away from me

I do it with 2.5% milk and activity for 8 hours, immediately after cooking I hide it in the refrigerator for several hours - the spoon is standing, there were no punctures!
Homochka
I made another yogurt yesterday. I took 3.5% milk, Biomax natural yogurt as a starter, added a spoonful of sour cream, because the painfully small jar of yogurt turned out to be 2 tbsp. I put spoons of milk powder. I put it at 7 o'clock, but at night I slept like a marmot and did not get up to get the finished product, it stood in the stove for 4 hours. What is surprising - not sour, it turned out well ooooooooooo thick, really worth a spoon. It tastes slightly sour cream, purely by this criterion - I liked it more at Activia.
Twilight
I also put on the night. I put in at 12 o'clock, and I take it out somewhere at 9-10) I also never turn sour))

hello everyone! and I'm with you !!! now I also have our miracle! I bought it for my birthday, on the 20th I bought it in an Internet store (my friends gave me some money!)! about five days it was not up to her (either she had a cold, then others noted!)
I always loved to tinker with the dough, but I never thought about HP. I just never really understood what and how! but I think I would have bought it long ago! and then somehow a friend asked in the internet to pick up HP as a gift for mom. and while I was enlightened there, I realized that I urgently need her, "I want, I can not !!!" I read and read and read that it is this model that I need! and I trust LG, the microwave has probably worked for 11 years (I was always happy with it!) and the service center is not far away (if anything!) !!!!!
and even pleased my adult son of a fussy !!!! he used to ask if he needed bread to go home, but now it doesn't even come to mind !!! until everything turns out in the stove, and I hope this will continue !!!
Even without reading about the kolobok, I watched it myself and added some water (apparently the "makfa" is not saturated with moisture !!!) and everything works out !!!
I like that you don't need to bother and spend money on scales !!! I measure everything with the supplied measuring containers, a glass and a spoon!
the first was French, then a white canteen and a quick one from Elena Bo, no problem !!!
I will master, experiment (with yeast, flour and recipes) and continue to enjoy the gift !!!
good mood and baking to all !!!

Well then, answer my previous questions .. how is the dumpling dough kneading in the new LV?

During the kneading of the dumplings dough, I put on half a glass of flour more !!! in more detail, it's like this: egg, water, flour ... everything is as in the recipe, then I turn on the stove to the "dough" function and after 15 minutes add flour. If the dough is for dumplings, then I look at the consistency of the bun, adding a little flour.
And if you carefully think about the instructions, then it says: - 7. At the end of the cycle, add the dough and knead it.
In general, good dumplings!
fani
And after the end of the kneading, I do not knead the dough. It is already soft and warm, just take it and roll it out. The stove is super, I agree.
fani
Kitty, write in more detail how and from what you made the oil. Once I tried to make from homemade sour cream, I did not succeed and now this function is not in demand for me. And I want my own oil
Homochka
Yesterday I tried to make butter, so I managed to find 46% cream in the store! Filled it, turned it on, the stove began to twist and gurgle happily. Keeping in mind that their good raw material is obtained by butter quickly, I periodically drop in. Soon the gurgling ceased, the cream seemed to thicken. A few minutes later, a new sound appeared - a splash. I looked in and saw grains of oil and something white was splashing. I stopped the program, rinsed the oil, laid it out.It turned out soft and very tasty!

I tasted the rest - milk with milk, about half a glass in volume. Hence the conclusion - it was probably still possible to twist, still the oil would separate. But I think the first experience was successful!
fani
Homochka, I also made butter from cream myself when there was no stove. But then the oven appeared, and the creamery stopped selling cream.

I buy sour cream from grandmothers on the market (those who sell their curd and milk), a half liter jar, put it in a bucket, cover it with a lid for butter and turn on the "MASELCO" function - literally after 10 minutes the sour cream thickens, and after another 10 minutes it separates buttermilk (muddy water). As I see that the knife (auger) for kneading has separated from the supposedly butter (it will be nailed to the walls of the bucket, and the knife will spin by itself) I turn off the stove. Through the holes in the lid I pour the buttermilk into a jar, it is useful for making bread and rolls, I pour a glass of ordinary cold water (from the tap) and pour this water into the sink. I scrub the mass that has turned out with a wooden spoon into the oil can, put it in the refrigerator - the oil is ready! Voile! It takes me 20-25 minutes to make butter.
fani
Kitty, which means I was buying bad sour cream, but it looks like nothing and tastes too.
Homochka
fani, the main thing in this business is not to give up experiments!
I didn’t succeed in yoghurt twice in a row, but I don’t lose hope, today I’ll buy activations for sourdough and will make more. And then the husband asks - wife, I did not understand, where is my miracle kefir?
fani
Homochka, experience is certainly a strong thing, but if the product is bad, then the output will also turn out bad. You need to look for a conscientious thrush or fatty cream. But we no longer have them, and before I used to whip the cream myself with my hands and it turned out to be delicious butter. Long time, but it was worth it.
Homochka
Girls, help! Did anyone have this? - yogurt does not thicken, it does not ferment or something. Already three times did not work, it turns out as if sour milk. I have already changed milk and sourdough, tried both with milk powder and without it - one fig ...
Not sure what this could be connected with?
And at first the yogurt turned out, I did it several times - we liked it very much, but here it is not ... It's a shame, right to tears.

Perhaps you have parasolic milk and therefore the yogurt does not work. I make from homemade milk. If the milk is in the morning, then the yogurt will be drinkable, and if it is evening milk, then a fat spoon is already worth it. I also do it on "Activia-classic". 7 hours is enough for me for yogurt.
Elenka
Perhaps you have parasolic milk and therefore the yogurt does not work.

Everything works great with milk powder! Once, in difficult times, it was from it that they made excellent yogurt (they fermented with sour cream - the spoon stood). There is a problem with the sourdough itself or with the temperature.
Kitty
Powdered milk and milk from a bag (film) made of unknown products are different ... I can't make yoghurt from packaged milk, it doesn't turn sour even into ordinary sour milk, but becomes bitter and covered with mold, so it doesn't smell like milk there. If anyone knows normal packaged milk in Ukraine, tell me, I will be immensely grateful
Elenka
I often do from Zlagoda.
Kitty, and where is the City of Roses?
Ukka
I did it from Dobrynya and Harmony, everything worked out!
Homochka
The fact of the matter is that it was from this milk that I got awesome yogurt ... Well, okay, I'll try again ...

Hello Girls! Take to the company. I bought my 2001 BY bread maker 2 weeks ago. Everything seemed wonderful - both butter and yoghurts and bread! Get it all! But then a problem arose - the lid of the bread began to bake something badly, I wanted to try it on the dark crust mode (c) and then it turned white in general - I don’t know what the problem is. So I decided to check again in French - but the crust in mode (a) is again light. Although I covered the window with a towel, I am not happy with the result. Can someone tell me what my mistake is - or is it a bag of this stove ..

You know, the same thing happened to me a few days later. At first, the crust was dark - like the sides, but now it is very light. On closer inspection, it seemed to me that the lid of the bread maker did not seem to close so tightly on one edge. Maybe this is due to the high temperature and poor quality of the plastic - then it is a marriage. How can I find out more specifically?
Macha
Can I put in my 5 kopecks too?
I have owned this stove for a year now. Whip butter from 35% cream President. From them I make sour cream based on my yoghurt. And I make the last one from powdered milk, so it is more accessible to me. There were no misfires with yoghurt. Better or worse, but yogurt ...
And 2 months ago I bought exactly the same Ski for my mother and made yoghurt from purchased milk. A couple of times it didn't work. Moreover, the point is clearly in milk. Nasty milk is now in bags.
Homochka

Nothing unusual - right in a plastic container for yoghurt, I dilute dry milk with boiling water, stirring it (you can use a mixer, you can use a blender). Proportions: 4 heaped tablespoons for 1 liter of boiling water. I let it cool to a warm state, then I add the leaven and into the oven on the yogurt mode. Usually 6 hours (or even less) is enough.
I do not live in Russia and in general on another continent. It is more convenient to use milk powder here. In this case, I'm writing about Nestlé's Nido milk powder. On its basis, I make cottage cheese, sour cream (+ President's cream), etc.

Oh, these comparisons ... The dough for dumplings in our oven is kneaded in the "dough" mode. No problem if you don't make this dough like noodles (only on eggs and no liquid).
Manufacturers show off to consumers. In fact, stoves basically include basic functions (but they like to call them different names), with minor variations and additions. In our oven, marketing is a "Russian cook", and pleasant additions are yoghurt and butter. In other stoves, I did not see the last 2 functions. But I don't monitor the market ... I could be wrong.
Although the "Russian chef" is positioned as a mode for rye and cake dough, I do not see any particular differences from the "main" mode in it. And I would prefer to bake rye bread in manual mode, alternating modes "Dough", "Yogurt" and "Keks" (ie baking). And faster and more predictable ... But this is not necessary ...
I like LG HB-2001BY.
