Ingredients

Flour 175 g
Baking powder 2 tea. spoons
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Salt pinch
Egg 1 piece
Milk 250 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tea. spoons

Cooking method

  • Mix everything thoroughly and bake, spreading the dough in 2 tbsp. l.
  • The dough was thicker than for pancakes, but thinner than for pancakes.
  • I thought there would be little sugar, but it turned out great. Very tasty with sour berry sauce!
  • The portion is small, so for a family, feel free to double it.
  • You can fry in two ways. It turns out to be fatty in vegetable oil, but the pancakes are softer and more magnificent. If you fry in a dry skillet, you get delicious plump pancakes.

I drew my recipe for American pancakes from the mariana-aga recipe, and several circumstances prompted me to this recipe - Oliver's pancakes from Mila007 and an incredible amount of infant formula that my daughter does not eat, but must be disposed of I love pancakes, but fried pastries are taboo-ass for me spreads-like yeast and baking powder. Pancakes are good, but I wanted to avoid the hassle of whipping the whites separately, and they are practically inedible when cold. I'll tell you right away - the whole process, along with baking, takes me 10 minutes, which makes these pancakes an ideal breakfast dish. The set of products is primitive, varying sugar, you can make them dessert or serve with fish, for example.
You can make the 2nd portion of the dough at once, it stands quietly in the refrigerator for a day, only slightly liquefies.

So.
200 ml of something fermented milk (kefir, mixture, curdled milk, etc.)
2 eggs
5 ml of vegetable oil (more can be less, nothing fundamentally changes)
25 g sugar (for neutral pancakes-45 g for sweets)
a pinch of salt
160-180 g flour. More flour-pancakes are fluffier, less flour is softer and more spread. See for yourself the consistency, I like the type "thick sour cream".
Half a package of baking powder d. Otker. (I think this is somewhere a teaspoon without a top).
We mix everything.

Bake in a Teflon pan without oil. I get 6-8 pancakes from this portion.
