Charlotte (multicooker Panasonic)

Charlotte (multicooker Panasonic)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
(according to the drawing)
Sugar 2/3 st.
Eggs
(preferably large, such as Extras)
4 things.
Vanillin
(I love him very much,
so I drink the package;
doesn't seem to be bitter;)
1/2
or a whole pack.
Apple type Semirenki
(well, Antonovka is a classic!)
1 large

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for at least 6 minutes (this is a prerequisite and indispensable condition!) The mixer should be driven in one direction, that is, either clockwise or counterclockwise. Add vanillin at the end of whipping.
  • 2. Add flour, stirring very carefully with a wooden spatula. Not in a circle, but from bottom to top, as if lifting the dough from the bottom. The faster and more accurately we mix, the better.
  • 3. We cut apples. Add them to the dough.
  • 4. Grease the multicooker capacity with oil and sprinkle with flour. (Not sure if this is a necessary operation.)
  • 5. Transfer the dough to the multicooker and turn on the Baking mode for 65 minutes. After the end of baking, wait 10 - 15 minutes, do not open, so that the cake does not fall off.

Note

Guys, girls who taught me where to look for a multicooker! Thank you very much. I am arriving, then, to Presnya, bam! here she is! stands for itself, naturally pays no attention to anyone. A real multicooker QX 18 or whatever it is .... In general, to celebrate, I snatched both, who turned out to be the last. But the sellers were reassuring that a huge container of multicooker is already on the way!

I tried something. And she cooked borscht twice. I liked it very much: I cut it, crumbled it, added water and that's it.

I offer my recipe for a classic ordinary charlotte. By the way, it turns out a very good biscuit. Which can be used as you wish.

It turns out a very tasty, airy and tender biscuit. There is only one drawback: it will not be enough!

PS: I would have posted pictures, but alas! I don’t have a USB cable. So, take our word for it, citizens. Or not! Lola! Bake it, please take a picture and post it, huh? The way people will see what an awesome pie I have! (Maybe he "me" will do even better, with Lolasomething ...)

Yesterday I was baking a charlotte .... Time has gone, mom don't goyuy, 65 + 60, it turned out to be wet, it's much drier in the oven, and there is less time ... So the question arose. what if the valve is removed? The humidity will be less and it will be drier .... or am I misunderstanding something?
True, mine swept everything in a second

It seems to me that the charlotte in the cartoon looks more like a biscuit than in the oven. When it cools down completely, it no longer seems wet, but remains very airy. I make it from 3 eggs and a glass of sugar and flour each (+ baking powder). Delicious with thawed cherries. But the cherry must be squeezed out. I bake on paper 65 + 20. When I take it out, sprinkle with vanilla powder. Usually it does not have time to cool down, we eat it wet)))
Boo Boo
lelik charlotte and without paper jumps out perfectly

I confirm that according to this recipe "Charlotte" is delicious.
I've been cooking it since I was 10 years old. True, I did not know then that such a cake was called "Charlotte". I just added apples to the biscuit and it turned out very tasty.

Luke, thanks for reminding us of the yummy!

BooBoo, that's for sure, it jumps out well! It's just that cherries give a lot of juice (and I put a lot of it :)), and I scrape it off the paper in the form of caramel jam (sometimes lick it))))) and eat I just like it)))))
Boo Boo
lelik Do you cut paper? May I like it too
lelik
BooBoo, after everything flowed down from the cut circle, I began to cut a square slightly larger than the diameter of the bottom, so that the corners looked up. I bake in a small cartoon, it seems to me that it bakes more evenly.

Today I baked a charlotte.

It turned out to be "wet-looking" ...

Maybe you need to put fewer apples ..

And do you need to add water to the dough or not?
Summer resident
No water! Eggs, flour and sugar!
idenma
Thank you, Summer Resident!

Probably for this reason it did not work out so well ...

When I made the dough, it turned out "a little cool" and added a little 1/4 of a cartoon glass of water ...

Next time, do not put all the flour at once, add gradually (everyone has different eggs, flour is also of different moisture content)

And the glasses in the recipe are multicooker ???

If you allow me, I will share my version of the Panasonic multicooker charlotte.
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 5 tbsp. l. flour, 5 tbsp. l. sugar, 2-4 apples (depending on their size).
Cooking method:
For a multicooker, I have to beat the yolks separately from the whites. Beat the whites until stable peaks.
Mix the yolks and beat them with sugar, gradually stir in the flour.
Gently add the whipped egg whites, stirring from bottom to top.
I add apples.
I grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil and pour the dough into it.
Baking program for 65 minutes.
Here's a charlotte turns out.
