Ingredients

Dough:
flour 100 g
water 100 ml
yeast 2 g
Dough:
flour 350 g
powdered milk 30 g
water 60 ml
egg (large) 1 PC
olive oil 35 g
yeast 10 g
sugar 1 tsp
salt 10 g
Filling:
bell pepper 4 things
cheese (or feta) lightly salted 150-200 g
dill, parsley, green basil by beam
garlic 1-2 cloves
ground chili on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • 1. For dough, dilute the yeast in warm water, mix with flour and leave for 2 hours to ferment.
  • 2. Prepare the filling:
  • - bake peppers in the oven until they are brown, peel and seeds and cut into 3-4 pieces;
  • - chop greens and feta cheese in a blender into a homogeneous mass, add garlic chopped into plates and ground chili into it.
  • 3. Add yeast pounded with sugar to the finished dough, all other ingredients and knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Let the dough lie down for 10 minutes, divide into three parts and shape the products: put pepper slices in the middle, then a layer of filling and cover with pepper slices (as in the photo).

  • Braid the pigtails for an hour.
  • Brush with an egg and bake at 200 degrees until tender.

Mix everything and add 50 grams of olive oil. Stir again and pour over the chopped pepper. The volume of the resulting dressing depends on the amount of juice formed, but not very much of it.
Mix everything. You can add a teaspoon of capers or chopped olives (green). But this is optional.
Let it brew for 1-2 hours and you can eat.
Stored in the refrigerator for up to a week, on the second day it becomes even tastier. Hope you like it.
