Kefir bread in a bread maker

Ingredients

Kefir 1/2 cup
Rust oil 4 tbsp. l.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp
Flour (white bread) 4 cups
Yeast 1 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • I took the basic bread from the recipe for my HP as a basis.
  • The result was even very good (my HP has a cup of 200 ml.)

In general, "the toad crushed me" that the first time I did not really succeed in bread on kefir, plus, I still had kefir, and I decided to continue testing.

and with butter, salt and sugar, you did not overdo it? I put 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (you can and butter, about 30 grams) and only 1.5 tsp. salt, although you can put it a little less. while the bread is still sweetish.
