Qween, baked your cake today. A really quick, affordable recipe. Cakes, 22 cm. I tried to knead the dough with my hands, it didn't work, I managed to roll out the cakes on the parchment thinly and cut the cakes evenly
... Baked for about 18 minutes at t170 °. 4 beautiful biscuits came out. I faced the fact that at 12 minutes the cake was almost ready, but the meringue resembled scrambled eggs, ruddy but soft, held it for another 5 minutes and the meringue became dry, the cake did not dry out.
The cream was made from the cake of Kiev Oksana (one and a half norms - for 225 ml of milk, 300 g of sugar, 1 egg and 1 protein and only 200 g of butter), it turned out well, the cream turned out well, the sides began to tremble with nuts, the top was melted chocolate. I will report a photo report, but it cannot be tasty. Thank you!
