ilonnna, wow, you must also try the Poor Jew, although judging by the composition, he is not so poor

I have a question. The recipe says 150g. draining the butter for the biscuit, and then, in the composition of the cakes, it is not. So should you put oil or not?

And I just wanted to say that I ate such a cake for a long time, back in Karaganda, called "Admiral", also with prunes! But it was very tasty, I still remember it! By the way, I don't have a recipe for it, I wanted to bake it for a long time, so thanks!
fewnis
Well, everything, next time I will definitely try with prunes

Judging by the number of names, the recipe is folk. But again, the cake is delicious!

I found this recipe by accident. If you add raisins instead of dried apricots, then there will be a practically 1 in 1 cake, which we used to often buy in Bakhetla. It was the "wise Jew" that he was called. I only saw it there and only ate it in their performance. It was very tasty!
