Oil sl. 20 g
Buttermilk 2 tbsp. l.
Egg 2 pcs.
Milk 220 ml

Cooking method

  • I didn't have buttermilk, I made quick sour milk - I poured 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into a measuring cup and added milk to 225 ml. She mixed everything, let it stand for about 30 minutes, until the liquid thickened.

But what kind of bread I got, I did everything exactly according to the GruSha recipe only instead of sugar I put fructose, and set the color of the crust dark.
