I've already taken the hammer. Outwardly, exactly the same as on the link that I gave Freken Bock ... BUT instead of flat blades - very thick needles. The word "tender" does not appear anywhere. That's what I called him myself. How I will feel - I will write.

Freken Bock , in "Nickermann" the minimum order should be 170 UAH. Plus 19 UAH for order processing - for any order amount. Plus 7.5% for Ukrposhta services.

I ordered 4 hammers and 3 packs of universal rugs (5 pcs in one), for a total of 273 UAH. Together with the "pluses", finally payable, 313 UAH. That is, "on top" of the order amount - 40 UAH.

And the prices on the site are different, because there are different promotions and discounts, and they are in no hurry to remove outdated information from the site. I call the hotline and place an order with the operator. Conveniently, and they say the exact price right away, while - always the lowest.
Tel - 8 044 4906690.

The parcel immediately contains a return form with instructions. Sending to Ukraine from Slovakia.
It is beneficial to write someone down to Nieckermann to write it down (benefit to both). But no one signed me up, I signed up myself about 1.5 years ago.
Catalogs are sent regularly and free of charge.

My meat hammer has been tested several times.
Very comfortable to hold in your hand. As I expected, the Zepter tender and the Nickermann are two different things. From new - the meat remains in appearance the same as before processing. It is very easy to "beat off" the meat, the hand does not get tired. I cooked liver, chicken fillet and veal fillets. I plan to process the veal loin, it's very interesting how it will turn out, otherwise it is inconvenient to beat it near the bone. I have not experienced tough meat.

Everything, already in full confidence, I declare - the tender from "Nieckermann" is an excellent thing. I was very impressed with the work and the result with entrecotes and a whole piece of beef (1.5 kg). The meat became somehow fine-fiber, and soft, of course, too.
I am very happy, which I wish to everyone interested

Was today in the Perfi area, went to get a tender. And they are sitting there on boxes. They say everything is already packed. Come to the new office in about a week, the address will be on the website, they are moving somewhere closer to the Kurskaya metro station, the exact address is not yet known.
But then one lady took pity, ran off somewhere and brought a box with tenderizers, put it next to her table. So if you are going to go, it is better to call back first.

After reading, I bought myself a toy from Zepter. My husband looked at me sadly with the words "well, where are the pots and wheels," but he followed the process of cooking the meat with a certain amount of skepticism. But the finished product was appreciated by the whole family. And I am in general in a cat's delight. Meat just melts in your mouth

Yes, I know that he is excellent, and I myself am for him.
But Zepter's is different from those that Perfi sells in Russia.
We wrote about this above in this section.
And now I am at odds with him.
If I could buy the one with 48 knives in Ukraine.

Summer resident, but they can't do something for me, so it lies without application, maybe I can't?

You need to sprinkle a piece of meat with salt and spices, then roll it in different directions from one side and then on the other side, applying some effort, but without fanaticism. The processed piece looks like beaten off with a hammer only thicker and more accurate. You need to fry in a very preheated pan for 3-4 minutes on each side

Finally, I also have a tender! The one that rolls around. True, we eat a little meat, so more often the nozzle for cutting greens will be used.
Freken Bock
I increasingly use the one that skates. And the fading enthusiasm that I have it has replaced the pleasure of using it. We have a family of meat lovers. With the purchase of a tender-freezer, a grill pan appeared, and steaks became the norm. A couple of steaks, a slice of white bread, a glass of dry red - and here it is, a festive dinner ...

But there would be no bread maker - I would not have come to this site. I would not come to this site - I would not know about the tender. And about many other useful things that have flooded my home during these months.

Freken Bock, as I wrote above, there are tenders now in Odessa on pl. Tolbukhina (almost next to Teskoma, about which I told you in the summer).
There were both 16 and 48 blades. I don't remember exactly the price, but somewhere around 450-480 UAH (+/-) for the one with 48 blades and about 270 UAH for 16 blades. I bought myself 48 blades a long time ago. It is good in quality. I have exhibited a photo in this thread before. Therefore, it is worth comparing the price of this tender and the one from World of the Book + shipping costs. I don’t know about sending a tender by mail, I can find their phone number, and you’ll talk to them yourself (after all, maybe there is a branch in your city). If it doesn't work out, but you really want to buy T, we'll think of something.
But I also want a roller for the dough for the net. But you can probably only order a roller (or rollers), if the price of T is not interesting.
Aunt Besya
Girls! Today I received a tender for 48 blades (from Perfi), I can't understand, it disassembles for washing. I don't have a big friendship with the English, but judging by the picture, it is collapsible, only in my opinion unscrewing the bolts for washing is cool, it seems to me that it is for changing the blades. Who will tell you?
Tenderizer, hammer, meat softener
sazalexter
The boys answer:) Disassemble to change the blades IMHO! in the instructions that you gave to read nothing is possible (low resolution, when enlarged it splits into squares) will be clearer, I will try to give an answer more precisely.
Svetlana
I suggest - Blade Replacement - translated as replacing the blades. I wash mine immediately after use, a lot of detergent on a sponge so that there is more foam, then I squeeze it with both hands until it stops so that the blades are visible, with one hand I hold, and the other with a sponge my sharp parts of the blades. I rinse well, shake off the water and pat it dry with a towel. It always remains clean, although at first it was tormented, be very careful.
shuska
And I wash my T first with a brush with a length of bristles, and then inside between the blades with a small brush (brush for cleaning the nozzles of the air cond. Syringes)

I can't figure out how to make it larger

Here, I made a larger photo, I have the same tender. Translate I still think that you need to disassemble to change the blades. I myself do not disassemble, wash with a soft sponge with washing liquid. Here 🔗 I posted another photo in full size and in a spread.

Anastasia, Aunt Besya Translation "artistic"
Replacing blades in a three-blade tenderizer
1) Loosen the 2 side screws on the handle (but do not remove)
2) Remove the middle screw on the handle (see pic1)
2) Remove the levium and separator (see fig 2)
3) Install the blades and separators until they stop (see fig. 3)
4) Do it with three blades
5) Tighten the 2 side screws on the handle
Use only original company accessories.
Aunt Besya
Robyaty! I tried it and I love it !!! Chicken breasts that are generally dry. it turned out to be the most tender, softest and most juicy To everyone who has no isho, I recommend it !!
Anastasia
Quote: sazalexter

Thank you! And I thought the same thing, only more progressive! I'll know!

No, IMHO-looking for what purposes. For example, you need to beat off the meat thinly to make rolls, I'll take a hammer for beating. And if you want a juicy, thick and soft piece of meat to fry and so that the piece does not shrink during frying, here the tenderizer is an indispensable thing. In general, the economy would be good for both.

Tenderizer can also be done thinly. You just need to walk more times. Chicken breast, for example, is sometimes broken into a net by a tenderizer.

For me it will be a little different - I don't need a net made of thin meat - the filling will fall out of the rolls - the tenderizer cuts the meat fibers. So both subjects get along well for me, I'm not sorry.

Girls, I'm upset!
Probably not in vain is the Zepter tender called a vegetable cutter. Perhaps this is its main purpose. And tenderizing meat is already a secondary function ...
Yesterday I tried to tender the liver. Has spent and what? I saw not holes, but neat grooves, such as if I had made them with a knife. But I don't need that. I need it nrocked meat, and not cut it into grooves ...
In general, tomorrow I'm going to take it.

Yesterday I tried to tender the liver.
Flower, can you ask a stupid question? Why "tender" the liver - this is the most delicate product! Maybe some special recipe, where you heat it for a long time?
Qween
Flower, dont be upset .

I really like the rendered liver. You first roll the liver piece with your teeth on one side, and then turn it over, and roll the tenderizer perpendicular to the first punctures.
Flower
Aunt Besya, I fry the liver for 10 seconds on one side and 10 seconds on the other. But in a very hot skillet. It turns out a crust on top, almost blood in the middle. I don't really like the memory from childhood, where the liver was fried to the state of the sole.
And in order to be sure that there is no byaki left in the blood, and so that its middle also passes steam, I usually make holes with the back of the knife. But now I have a tender. I decided to do it. And he cut everything for me. And that's not it.

Qween, I did just that.

What else can you try with meat? Maybe there will be no grooves ... I'll try.
Qween
Flower
You are just used to a different way of preparing the liver for frying. Then you need a "needle" tender.
Svetlana
Nessi! Firm Perfi Levashovsky pr 12 office 611, tel 718-41-41. I bought a 48-blade tender there, in August it cost about 1100r. I waited two weeks, but not in vain. Highly recommend. Good luck!
Flower
What did I write there on the last page?
Forget everything!
The tender pays off 100% !!!!! Pork chops made from unfrozen meat are super awesome !!! And chicken. And turkey. And the boneless thighs are tender.
I am very satisfied.
Shurshun
Yes, even if the boiled or stewed meat turned out tough - trim it with this device and you can heat it in a frying pan - the result will still be - the meat will become softer.
Lenusya
Sasha, once again I want to thank you for the tender. I am delighted.
The spouse, at first was skeptical, now every day requires meat and without a side dish

Girls, we urgently need to buy a tender as a gift, we don't even have time to study ... which one is best to buy?

The best branded American, which most people buy in this thread, is 48 blades. This American company seems to be the inventor of the manual tenderizer - everything is beautifully painted on the packaging. Sold in Perfi

Electric tenderisers are professional. They have a weight under 30 kg !, and dimensions, and price, IMHO, not quite suitable for home use.

Rezlina , I have both a Zepter and a needle one from Neckermann. Both are good. But Zepterovskiy can make a piece of meat much larger (for rolls), as if beaten off with a hammer. And for a piece of boiled pork you need a needle, as in Nickermann, or Perfi.
Shurshun
I have never received an order for a needle. Which one would I decide better if I tried both - to compare, but in practice only one - which is in my photo. His husband uses it, he doesn’t use small pieces of meat, I have such pancakes as he made pieces of pork boiled meat - I liked the tender. I sometimes use it as a scaling needle - I make punctures and insert pieces of vegetables there, then wrap them in a roll and bake. To say that these are small rolls also does not turn my tongue

Finally, I also bought this wonderful device on eBay
Price: $ 21.99 + $ 5 shipping to Russia (~ 900 rubles).

For girls from N. Novgorod. I have long wanted to buy this device. I looked in stores without fanaticism for about a year. I bought it yesterday. The unit is of the Zepter type, rolled over a piece of meat. The cost is 495 rubles, the label says - "meat roller" In the store "Gorky goods" on pl. Gorky, the department opposite the entrance doors (dishes). I am very pleased. Thank you for the helpful advice received on this forum.

I got sick with a tenderizer a few months ago - I wanted to give it to myself for my birthday. Calling local restaurant suppliers showed that only giant electrical or mechanical tabletop devices were available, no one had heard of manual ones.
By searching on the Internet, I found tenders in Chisinau (26 euros + delivery), in Almaty (for our money, 500 rubles, but they cannot send, but 🔗 from me for buying there and sending it to me they asked for almost 5000 rubles.) or in Moscow (taking into account the delivery it turned out to be expensive). Local distributors of "Zepter", in response to questioning, said that the "steak rollers" were a gift, now they are not and are not expected.
Site 🔗 found an Irkutsk office; I called - they ordered me the coveted video and two weeks later they delivered it to my city for free. 900 rubles. I haven't used a roll for greens yet, but I use it regularly for meat - both for what used to be chops, and for pickling and baking large pieces. I am very satisfied.
So - seek and find!
Dara
When I got to Kontakt, they were no longer there ... They promised in mid-December - and silence. As a result, I spat, as they did before the era of historical materialism, and ordered from the USA. Hence: 🔗 I paid by card. Yesterday I received a notice - I arrived! It cost me only 274 UAH for 48 blades. With delivery. What a joy!

I bought the same tender, from Fakkelmann (for 434 rubles), and in a store of household chemicals and cosmetics ... So far I have only managed to process the duck before baking in the oven. The meat seemed tastier and softer. This is a really necessary thing.

The tenderizers are of good quality. True, it can be difficult to get through, but the phone is multichannel.

If anything - write. Will seek .

PS: Do not order in Promaster. I already wrote how they brought me (2 pieces) from there, and what a disgusting quality it turned out to be, even a marriage, and in two tenders at once. True, the money was returned without problems.

I received a tender from the World of Books. Massive, high quality at first glance. I have not tested it in operation yet. QweenHow to identify a defective tender from a quality one, tell me.
