I want one! Found in one place, the price for 16 blades is 180 UAH (22 dollars), for 45 blades - 355 UAH (44 dollars). It is expensive? Where can you buy such tendiks in Ukraine?

I have such a tender, for 54 blades I bought in the KupiVoll online store. I gave the same to my mother, I really like it.

Which company is your tender? Looked in KupiVoll , there is only VICTOR HOMEbut the price ...

P.S. And in general ... I have long ago adapted the holder for cutting onions "for the tender":

Tenderizer, hammer, meat softener

For its intended purpose, it somehow did not go, was not useful, but for meat / poultry, that's it!

So I have the same tender as Pinky and from the same source - they were sent from Slovakia. Also very happy.

And the Fakelman from the epicenter with round needles, like mine in the previous post? Because there are still rectangular ones, for a different number of needles, I saw on the first pages of this topic.

Nice and serious fun !! I take for sashliks. It helps even when inexperienced sashlychists keep meat in vinegar for more than 3 hours, which is unacceptable (the meat begins to be tough during this time).
I have been using it for the second or third year - I'm very glad that I didn't save on the tender in one row of blades. This is much faster and more convenient (IMHO)
rusja
Shurshun , in Russia there is more choice and in many places it is, and I am glad that the catalog from Slovakia, even though a round one was sent. We have it just started to appear in retail, before it only had to be ordered from some company.
Although I would also like someone like yours

Good day! I would like to share my impressions of using these "Features".Thanks to Natasha (Natalyan) and Lika (Lika_n), thanks to them separately for this, I was able to compare 4 of their varieties.

1.
Tenderizer, hammer, meat softener

2.
Tenderizer, hammer, meat softener

3.
Tenderizer, hammer, meat softener

4.
# 1. I had 16 blades.

No. 3, I understand that this is not the case, but I have it, so I wanted to decide whether this "bow holder" is enough for me as a "tender" or not.

My impressions.
When used on chops, they all performed well. The meat is soft and juicy.

When processing a large piece of meat, No. 4 is not suitable, since it cuts the surface fibers.
No. 3 processes it normally, but you need to work with both hands, one to “drive it into the meat and pull it out, and the other to hold the meat when taking it out of it. This inconvenience is absent in No. 1 and No. 2, they themselves pop out of the meat, but No. 2 is a little more difficult, sometimes it gets stuck and you need to make an effort to pull it out of the meat - this is on a large piece.
The meat after cooking is slightly different in juiciness, the part that is processed by No. 3, drier, No. 2 and No. 1 is juicier, there is a slight difference between No. 1 and No. 2, but not cardinal.
I made chicken breasts in homemade mayonnaise from, all (No. 1, 2, 3) proved themselves well, there were no special problems, difficulties and efforts.

General conclusion (for me)
No. 4 I don’t want (only for chops, greens crush more and squeeze out juice, difficult to wash)
No. 3 will use it for now, but still I want number 2, and better number 1.
Easy to clean, easily pierces meat, but small holes, in one row, need to be pricked often and a lot and in different directions.
No. 1 and No. 2 I did not see a cardinal difference (in the finished product), the work is lighter (the needles are flat, sharp cut), stronger No. 1, easier to wash, there are practically no traces on the meat, No. 2 a little more effort is needed when piercing (probably due to the fact that many needles are thick), more noticeable marks on the meat, but not for long. Considering the girls' feedback that their number 2 broke, I guess. I will save up and buy No. 1, but for 48 blades, but for now I will use No. 3, although less convenient, but also better than nothing.

It can be very messy, but I hope it will come in handy for someone. My opinion all depends on material capabilities, you can use No. 1, 2 ,. 3, just with varying degrees of comfort.

I ordered mine in the USA on Amazon. Then there was a discount on them, and it cost me 170 UAH with shipping (~ $ 21). True, I did not find the words "Jacquard" either on the tendik or on the packaging)) Probably some kind of fake ... Nevertheless, I am very pleased with it, a useful thing!

I was just in our Metro on the Zaporozhye Highway constantly watching a fakelmanovsky with round pins, maybe they just took it apart.

it Fakelman:

Tenderizer, hammer, meat softener

But Teskomovsky is better, he has blades with such mini-knives as in the advanced American, in Bridge City in Tescom there is constantly.

Now I will try to ask my relative to buy a tender, it seems like he is in the Dnieper now. If it does not work through it, then I will directly (without hints) ask for a thread from you!
Please, indicate the exact address of the store in Dnipro, where you can buy this tender and how much it costs. I remember they wrote that there are generally 2 models, 58 and 80 UAH each, and how do they differ?

For makabusha store address - if you stand facing the central entrance to Most-City from the Kharkivska side, then the store is easy to find, bypassing Most-City on the left along the street, it is the second from the corner, sign TESCOMA.

exactly, julifera, I wanted to write the same thing in order to justify the existence of such a machine, you need to make a lot of chops. and for the sake of a few there is no desire to bother with him. indeed, it is faster to poke / poke / drive with a needle / knife / wheel and wash fewer objects afterwards

but the toy is funny

I put cling film on a cutting board, put a piece of meat on top, cover it again with a film, and beat it with a hammer. Fast, convenient, clean. nothing splashes anywhere. all that remains is to throw out the film. and this shaitan machine is good for a cafe where there are many visitors and it helps the cook a lot. In general, it was interesting to see. well done. girls and boys that educate us about kitchen gadgets. Thanks again.

I’ll say one thing now, just don’t laugh. I have a Jaccard three-row tenderer. Very happy, a universal thing. But before him and now outside the house I use a bottle for beating MEAT. The actual neck of the bottle.I act like this: I put pieces of meat on a wooden board, take a glass bottle (from beer, Coca-Cola, Borjomi .....) For myself, I picked up a small bottle of Coca-Cola 0.3l so that it would be convenient to hold in my hand ... I turn the bottle upside down and hit the meat hard enough with the neck. The meat fights back with a bang! do not be afraid to break the bottle (although this is probably possible with bad strength) Try it! I think I will like this way too
True, you can't beat off the liver with a bottle (I think so), the kuru is not very good either

And my Wishlist has become a reality! I've been bidding for 2 weeks! : yes: I bought Teskomovskaya for 24 blades (not needles, but flat mini-sabers). It turns out cool! The meat must be completely defrosted (the knives fit tightly into the frozen piece). I have wanted it for a long time, I have been waiting for it to appear on wide sale and at a more or less tolerable price.

Helen, why laugh. When I came to my aunt in Kiev, I noticed that she beats all the meat and chicken (fillet) with a bottle of baby food (juice) with a narrow neck. Then I tried it myself, so great. True, I also have a Soviet hammer with teeth. But I got used to hitting with a bottle.
