Loved the pizza dough recipe. I took the recipe from a pack of pizza yeast No. 2 from SAF-MOMENT (since No. 1, with the addition of tomato paste, somehow did not take root):

500 g flour (add yeast immediately, 12 g per pack)
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp Sahara
25 g oil (I have olive oil)
1 egg
2 tsp dried herbs (pizza seasoning)
50 g cheese (grate)
300 g of water .................... .................... All in a bowl 3 min / Spikelet.
You can warm up the dough by slightly adding oil to the sides of the bowl 4 min / 37 g. S / Sc. 1, let it rise.
