Herring under a Fur Coat
300 g of finished herring fillet
300 gr potatoes
300 gr beets
300 gr sputum
150 grams of onions (I took red onions and did not soak them)
mayonnaise


Grind the carrots for 4 sec / sq. 5. Place on the upper level of Varoma.
Grind the beets for 4 sec / sq. 5. Place in the steam basket.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place in Varoma.
Pour boiling water into a bowl, set the steam basket with beets, set Varoma with vegetables, turn on 30 min / Varoma / sk. "spoon".
Chop the onion 5 sec / sk. 5. Share.
Chop the herring by pressing the turbo button.

Put on a dish in layers:
potatoes, grease with mayonnaise
herring, grease with mayonnaise
onion
sputum, grease with mayonnaise
beets, brush with mayonnaise
Refrigerate overnight.

(+) There is a minimum of time for grinding ingredients.
The salad is very tender, it just melts in a bowl.
The salad turns out to be very juicy, do not overdo it with mayonnaise (it took me 220 grams).
My herring was not cut into pieces, but frayed, which turned out to be even better. Everyone liked that the salad does not contain pieces of herring that interrupt the rest of the taste, but it is evenly distributed and goes well with vegetables to the right extent.
