Cooking method

We do three different tests. The method is the same for everyone.
Pour yeast into warm water, put 1 tablespoon of flour each, mix, leave for 15-20 minutes.
Then pour in the butter, add the remaining flour and salt, knead the soft dough.
At this stage, add herbs to the rye dough.
We cover all the containers with the dough and put them in a warm place for an approach for 1.5-2 hours. During this time, stir a couple of times with a spoon.
Sprinkle the working surface with flour. Roll each dough into a rectangular layer, 3-4 mm thick.
The whole dough rolls out very well, does not break.
Cover the baking sheet with a silicone mat or baking paper.

Turn the seam down. We align the bar, grease with vegetable oil and leave to approach for 20 minutes.
Before planting in the oven, we make several through punctures with a thin stick.
We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. We check the readiness.
Remove on a wire rack, cool completely.
