  • I saw such bread on the Internet on the Veronica's Kitchen blog in the summer of 2013. I really liked the idea, but the recipe didn't inspire. I don't like baked goods with dyes and I don't like bread with butter and eggs. So I decided to experiment and come up with something similar, using natural products and do without eggs and butter.
  • I want to immediately ask the bakers for forgiveness for the liberties and violation of the rules of baking.

  • Divided the dough into 4 parts. The consumption will be as follows: 1 part for white dough, 1 part for green and 2 parts for red. I also separated flour and salt.
  • This time, to prepare the filler for the red dough, I used the Moulinex soup cooker. (You can just do it in a saucepan and grind with a hand blender). She poured the chopped beets with milk and water, set the temperature to 85 degrees and the time to 25 minutes. After the end of the program, the mixture was ground on the "pulse" program to a puree state, survived in a container and left to cool. I soaked the raisins in cold water.
