Ingredients

* Water 120 ml.
* Salt 1 tsp with a hill
* Sugar 1 tsp
* Baking powder 1 tsp
* Sesame 25 g
* Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
* Wheat flour, premium 100 g
* Wheat flour c / z 100 g

Cooking method

  • Any seeds and cereals can be added to the dough. Knead the dough (does not stick to your hands).
    Cover well with plastic wrap and rest.
  • Then roll the dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick. Cut into squares or cut with a special notch of any shape.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Pin the cookies over the entire surface so that they do not swell when baking.
  • Crackers are baked at T = 200 * C for 15 minutes (the time may take more or less, depending on the nature of your oven).

Note

You can also bake with rye flour - high-quality wheat flour 130 g + rye flour 70 g.

So we couldn't fully enjoy the taste of the crackers. In the second recipe for 500 grams of flour 1 teaspoon, and here for 200 grams of flour 1 teaspoon with a slide. In my opinion this is a lot. If I also bake, I will put in half a teaspoon. And so, a very quick and not confusing recipe.

Linen, here will depend on the thickness of the rolling. I didn't feel the difference to my taste, although the recipes are different and are taken from different sites. In one there is a baking powder, in the other not - but it does not affect the taste in any way. I posted both recipes - someone will like one, and someone else.
