Ingredients

For the test:
Wheat flour 300 g
Flour "multi-grain" 300 g
Water 300 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Olive oil 100 ml
Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Dried garlic 2 tsp
Oregano 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • For minced meat .... what is in the fridge. Cheese, sausage, tomato sauce ...
  • You just need to cook the dough in a bread maker, and then form the pies.
  • Place a glass or small pot of water in the oven while the pies are baking

Cooking program:

Temperature from 180 to 225 g, depending on the oven and the size of the pies
