Lazy baked chicken breast

Ingredients

Chicken breast on the bone 800 g
Sour cream or mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Hmeli-suneli 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Dry garlic 1 tsp
Salt 0.75-1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Lazy baked chicken breastMix all the spices in a bowl. Dry garlic can be replaced with fresh garlic to taste. Salt to taste (1 tsp was just right for me).
    Lazy baked chicken breastRinse the chicken breast, dry it. Use a sharp knife to make cuts approx. 1.5-2 cm. Make the incisions symmetrically on both sides.
    Lazy baked chicken breastGrate the whole breast with a mixture of spices, spread some into the cuts. Cover the breast with foil and place in the cold overnight, or for a day.
    Lazy baked chicken breastBake the meat in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Brown under the grill if necessary.

I found this recipe by accident on YouTube, I love these non-blemish and delicious recipes. A minimum of body movements with a great result! Prepare 10 minutes and then put it in the oven at the right time - what else does a woman need in the festive bustle? And if you make 2 breasts, then you can feed a large company without hassle.

Sorry that the photo is not too presentable, there is absolutely nothing to decorate with now. Probably I will do it on NG and decorate it festively, then I will change the final photo.

Galina, a boneless breast is a fillet, and there is no skin on it. It seems to me that without the skin the fillet can turn out rather dry, and the keel bone will not allow the fillet to spread. On the bone and in the hide, the breast will have a more compact appearance, more juicy and the cuts look more beautiful. But these are my thoughts out loud. I don’t know, I don’t work that way in any of the cartoons. It turns out delicious, but not so juicy. A cartoon will not give as much temperature as an oven. And this is the whole point - first bake a high temperature so that the meat is sealed, and then bake at a lower temperature. It will really be juicy!
