Tender beef ribs in tomato sauce

Ingredients

Beef ribs - 600-800g
Pureed tomatoes 500ml (you can have tomato sauce or ketchup, but I like tomatoes in this form, they are as fresh)
Salt -0.5 tsp
Korean seasonings for kimchi to taste. about 1 tsp, you can use a different mixture of peppers, the main thing is sharper
Garlic 5-6 teeth
Basil 1 tsp
Fresh ginger (grated) 1 tsp
Honey 1d. l.
Lemon vinegar 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Pre-fry the ribs, bake in the oven, in the AG or in the AF, wherever it is more convenient, to "seize" the meat, in this way we "seal" the pores of the meat, so that it would be tender and juicy in slow motion.
  • Prepare the sauce from the tomatoes and spices, place the fried ribs in the sauce and cook in a slow sauce for 6-8 hours at a high or medium level. The meat turns out to be simply the most tender, the sauce is boiled down, becomes thick and rich.

Note

Bon Appetit everyone
