1 - 2 large onions

300 grams of sour cream (thick)

100 grams of parboiled prunes

1 carrot

spices (salt, black pepper, bay leaves, oregano and basil)

Cut the udder into pieces, fry until golden brown, put it on an oven dish. Lightly fry the onions with carrots and prunes. We also spread it on a sheet. Then mix with sour cream and spices to taste and put in the oven (180 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.
