Be careful when heating, not all products retain the desired taste and consistency after that, try and choose for yourself.

there is steamed fish, and there is stew - these are two different modes
if steamed, then water in a saucepan, and fish in a pan on top
if stewed - then everything in a saucepan (without water of course)
cooking time is about the same, but during heating your fish will boil down thoroughly, be careful with this mode ...
so I get up early (in the institution, sorry), put on the cartoon - it's a couple of minutes - and go to sleep. do not have time to wake up, so it is quite possible to get a decent sleep

Only there was a lot of liquid. Probably because the fish was not completely thawed?

I didn't pour water, but I added ketchup and mayonnaise on top.
