Buckwheat soup with mushrooms and nuts


vegetable broth 1.5 l
buckwheat 150 g
Champignon 500 g
dried porcini mushrooms (if any) handful
onions (small) 3 pcs
garlic 3 cloves
walnuts 1/4 st
parsley taste
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse buckwheat.
  • Chop onion and garlic finely.
  • Chop the dried mushrooms. Cut the champignons.
  • Melt the butter in a MV saucepan using the FRYING program, add the onion and garlic and fry until soft.
  • Add mushrooms and fry for about 10-15 minutes, until most of the liquid has evaporated. Turn off the program.
  • Add buckwheat, salt, pepper, pour in hot vegetable broth. Set the porridge program, pressure 0.7, time 10 minutes.
  • Fry walnuts and chop coarsely.
  • Pour the prepared soup into bowls, sprinkle with nuts and finely chopped parsley.
