I did everything strictly according to the recipe, but I added a little water to the soup, in which the mushrooms were soaked, so the broth is dark, they love my more pronounced mushroom aroma (because my husband and I go through every boletus and wash, there is no garbage in the dried ones). Here it is, yummy

Kapet, I think it's all about how to cook the tongue. I cook for an hour, then put my tongue in cold water, drain the water in which it was boiled and my saucepan. I peel my tongue (it comes off great). I put the cleaned tongue in clean cold water and cook it later until tender. There is no specific smell. Although, as they say, the taste and color of all markers are different!
