Lavash roll "Cream-Fish"

Roll of lavash Cream-Fish

Ingredients

* Armenian lavash 1 large sheet
* Curd cheese Hochland 1 jar (220 g)
* Cheese 50 g
* Lightly salted herring (or caviar) 1 large fillet (or caviar 5-6 pcs)
* Natural yoghurt of necessity

Cooking method

  • Thoroughly grind the fish (or caviar) with a blender until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Add curd cheese. Break through again. Add plain cheese, finely grated. To stir thoroughly. If the mass turns out to be thick, then you can slightly dilute it with natural yogurt.
  • Cut the lavash into two parts.
  • Roll out a sheet of foil on the table. Put one part of pita bread on it and grease with half of the cream. Place the second part of the lavash on top. Smear the rest of the cream. Collapse the roll. Wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator, for stabilization, overnight, or at least 2-3 hours.
  • When the roll has cooled, we cut it into washers 1.5-2 cm.Place them on a serving flat dish. Sprinkle with any herbs. I like the combination with red onions, especially where the filling is fishy.
  • The roll tastes like herring butter. And softened pita bread adds additional tenderness.
