Ingredients

beef tenderloin 200g
cucumber 1 PC
pear 1 PC
pine nuts 1 tbsp. l
green onions 1/2 bundle
mustard 1 tsp
sesame oil (olive) 1 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 1 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Try another New Year's salad, which has a peculiar combination of ingredients and a very interesting taste.
  • For this salad, it is better to use a pear variety with medium density pulp. The firm pear can be peeled and cooked in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
  • 1. Boil the beef tenderloin for about 20 minutes (I have boiled-smoked). Cool and cut into small slices across the fibers.
  • 2. Cut the cucumber and pear into thin slices.

  • 3. For the sauce: chop the green onion and garlic thinly and mix with soy sauce, butter, mustard. Mix.
  • 4. Season salad with sauce and let it brew for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
