Cooking method

If you don't have a ready-made pudding mixture, then cook the pudding yourself. To do this, in a saucepan with a thick bottom, bring the milk to almost a boil. Separately mix the yolks with sugar and starch. We pour out some of the milk and add, stirring constantly, to the yolks. Stir the mixture well and return it to the milk in the saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add oil, mix well and leave to cool. When the pudding has cooled, spread it on a biscuit base in an even layer.

Wonderful dessert! This is delicious!
I did it several times. I used ready-made pudding mix (I had raspberries), so in the step by step photos this is the color of the pudding, and I made the pudding myself.

I do not recommend making a larger roll, it will be difficult to roll up.
