eggs 4 pcs
breadcrumbs
bacon, onion

  • I always believed that in my family chops can do well, given that at Christmas this is a traditional dish that is prepared in large quantities from different types of meat, but after Christmas New Year came, I didn't want to make fatty meat dishes, for the first time I decided to make chops in oven. The result simply exceeded all expectations, I have never tried such tender, soft chops. No fat, no hassle, impressed! I would be glad if you like it too.
  • So. The beginning is absolutely standard. Meat (pork, beef, chicken ...) cut across the fibers, beat off, salt and pepper. Roll in breadcrumbs, then in a beaten egg and immediately fry in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes, no more! You can see from the chops that they immediately grasp the beautiful golden color. Transfer to a baking sheet, then variable - put a thin slice of bacon on each chop, and a lot of onions (half an onion in thin half rings for each chop). And in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes (I was guided by the readiness of the onion, according to the recipe it was 20 minutes, I kept it for 30 minutes). All. Very tender, soft chops are ready.

Yes, this is the classic version of the chops, flour-egg-rusks, we did this from year to year. But this option, inside out, turns out to be much softer and tastier.
