Mushroom caviar with vegetables

Ingredients

mushrooms (I have honey mushrooms) 2 Kg
bell pepper 1 kg
tomato 1 kg
carrot 1 kg
refined sunflower oil 200 ml
salt 3 tbsp. l.
hot or hot peppers taste

Cooking method

  • We wash the mushrooms and boil in boiling salted water for 20 minutes.
  • We clean peppers from seeds.
  • Mushroom caviar with vegetables
  • We pass all vegetables and boiled mushrooms through a meat grinder or chop with knives in a food processor.
  • Add salt, oil and cook for at least an hour, stirring often.

  • Then we lay out the caviar in sterilized jars, roll it up and under a fur coat for twelve hours.
  • Keep refrigerated.
