Sweet and sour McDonald's sauce

Ingredients

Classic soy sauce 150-200
Cherry plum juice 100-150 ml
Sugar 1-2 tbsp
Salt Arbitrary
Marjoram dry 1 tsp
Black pepper Arbitrary
Starch (flour) 1-1.5 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Boil soy sauce for 4-5 minutes with sugar and marjoram. Separately mix cherry plum juice with a spoonful of starch, pour into soy sauce, warm stirring until the starch is brewed.
  • Pepper optional. Sugar and the amount of cherry plum juice can be adjusted to taste.
  • Very close to the taste of the box sauce in
  • McDonald's.
  • Suitable for both steaks and French fries, cutlets, homemade burger.
  • Cherry plum juice can be replaced with apricot or plum puree from the freezer.
