Note

Narsharab is an Azerbaijani sauce obtained by thickening pomegranate juice. The name of the sauce narsharab comes from two Azerbaijani words: "nar" - pomegranate and "sharab" - wine. Coriander, basil, bay leaf are added to the sauce. You can also add ground red pepper. Naturally, you can add your own proportions of spices and your own spices, relying only on your preference.
The sauce is served with meat, fish, vegetables. Recommend!

Angela, Thank you! Now the market sells ripe pomegranates, I need to buy and prepare the sauce. I rarely use it, but I like it.

Somehow a daughter in the local Lines here collected a basket of products. They stood in line at the cashier, and behind them stood a husband and wife. She commented on the contents of our cart. Particularly impressed by her pomegranate sauce

ang-kay
Marina, I will be glad if it comes in handy.

Right now, the grenades are very cheap, you have to make them. Angela, how much did it come out, just for orientation?
ang-kay
farfalla, from one large grenade comes out 50 milliliters, probably. You can, of course, not evaporate, but thicken with starch.
