Kefir 110g
Oil (I took vegetable) 75 g
Egg 2 pcs
Sugar 150 g (75 is enough for me)
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Flour 250g

Cooking method

  • Beat the melon with a blender. Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, melon baking powder and flour to the egg mixture. There may be more or less flour, depending on the juiciness of the melon. The dough is like pancakes. Let the dough stand a bit and bake the waffles

The melon came across tasteless and watery, and had to be disposed of. The smell of melon is not felt in hot ones, in cold ones it is barely perceptible (I think it depends on the melon).
