Cheese pancakes (two options)

Ingredients

Option 1
eggs s-1 2 pieces
soft cottage cheese 150 grams
natural yogurt or kefir 50 grams
wheat flour 80 gram
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
salt pinch
hard cheese 50 grams
Option 2
eggs s-1 2 pieces
fat-free soft cottage cheese 200 grams
whole wheat flour 70 grams
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
salt pinch
low fat hard cheese 50 grams

Cooking method

  • Both options are prepared in the same way.
  • Grind eggs with salt.
  • Pour in kefir / yogurt (or put cottage cheese). Stir.
  • Pour in flour and baking powder. Mix.
  • Add coarsely grated cheese.
  • Stir again.
  • Fry in a frying pan, greased with a little oil, over low heat, covered. On each side for 5-7 minutes.
  • Cool a little and eat right away.
  • No sour cream additive is needed.
  • It is possible with fresh vegetables.
