Cream borscht in a blender soup cooker Endever SkyLine BS-90

Ingredients

* Carrot 1 PC. small
* Bulb onions 1 PC. small
* Chinese cabbage 2 sheets of medium
* Boiled beets 1 PC. small
* Sausage (I have homemade chicken) 70 g
* Tomato juice 100 ml.
* Water 250 ml.
* Khmeli-suneli option
* Ground sweet paprika option
* Salt (I have Svan) taste
* Sour cream 2 tsp one per serving
* Greens to serve

Cooking method

  • Wash carrots and onions, peel, chop finely.
  • Chop Peking into strips.
  • Put everything in the BS jug.
  • Pour the hot mixture of water + tomato juice. Start program P2.
  • While the jug is cooking, you need to cut the beets and sausage into small cubes, somewhere 1x1 cm.
  • At the end of the program, pour beets and sausages, as well as salt and spices through the neck (I salt directly in a plate)
  • Now the entered ingredients need to be slightly warmed up. To do this, set the time for 3-4 minutes, temperature 90 * C.
  • After warming up, bring the consistency of the borscht to the state of mashed potatoes, using the pulse mode or the P4 program, if it seemed to you that the contents of the jug were not chopped enough.
  • That's it, cream borscht is ready. It remains only to pour into plates, add sour cream and sprinkle with herbs.
  • The soup is very tasty, and most importantly low in calories.
  • From the given amount of ingredients, two servings of thick cream borsch were obtained.

Guzel, I just wanted to "eat" and gorge on)) Therefore, borschik with sausage and sour cream. Due to tomato juice and sour cream, the acidity in the soup was enough. And Svan salt gave a good aroma. And I don't like spicy foods, so there is not even pepper (although minimum I eat pepper and other spices)
