Jam Sauce (Tristar Multi Blender Soup Cooker)

Ingredients

jam 800g
cinnamon, dry garlic, tandurin, ginger 1 tsp.
jalapeno pepper, chili 1/2 tsp.
salt 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. l.
dry citric acid 1/2 tsp
nutmeg 1 nut

Cooking method

  • Instead of throwing out the jar of jam the year before last (sorry for my work!), I decided to put it in the sauce. The jam turned out to be from plums, but it is also possible from other fruits. In general, I put everything in the multi-blender bowl and turned on Soup Smooth. In 15 minutes I got a great sauce with a balanced, aromatic and piquant taste. It goes especially well with pork and chicken. Reminds the taste of Narsharab, but richer, with a pleasant aftertaste. Not a bad way to use stale jam!

Time for preparing:

15 minutes

Nothing was baked to the bottom and washed off at once.
