I decided to cook it at home. What am I missing? One potato and one egg is not that expensive after all.
I liked the dish very much.
Firstly, I was pleased that little oil was used for deep-frying. Because the potatoes are very thinly sliced.
Secondly, the cooking time was very short. You can even make this dish for breakfast.
Thirdly, an unusual combination: crispness and tenderness at the same time.
Fourth, the option of potatoes in the oven is no worse. And you can offer grandchildren in addition to this fast food:
