Cooking method

Top again sheets, grease, filling and so on until the dough runs out. Moisten the top, but without the filling. Cut the top layer of the dough diagonally to form rhombuses. Put in a preheated oven 180 gr. before browning. As soon as it turns brown, take it out, pour it over with syrup, cut through the rhombuses, put a nut in each rhombus (the children distracted me here, didn't put it in each one) and return it to the oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool well and infuse.
