Potaptsy with tomatoes

Ingredients

wheat bread 100 g
big tomato 1 PC.
butter for frying bread
grated cheese 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the bread arbitrarily, not thick. Fry in a pan in butter.
  • Put on ketsi, cover with tomato circles on top,
  • Potaptsy with tomatoes
  • sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Potaptsy with tomatoes
  • Grill for 10 minutes. Leave in ketsi for another 10 minutes.

And potaptsy with black bread and bacon. Mmmm! Mnyama mnyamskaya. Especially with sauerkraut cabbage soup!

While my son was little, only the Potapians helped out in the morning. The other did not eat.

Oh, what is there to see. You need to cook. Nothing complicated. One word - Potapians. Simple and delicious. True high in calories.

1) Cut fat into pieces. The thickness is about 0.7-1 cm. If the pieces are wide, then cut them with a fan (the skin is whole). The width of the strips is about 1.5-2 cm.
We cut black bread. The slice is slightly thicker than bacon.
2) Put pieces of bacon (better than smoked bacon!) On a hot skillet. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove bacon on a plate.
3) Fry slices of bread on the melted fat on both sides until golden brown.
4) Spread bacon with a sandwich on the bread. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic on top. Or you can not sprinkle, but grate the bread with garlic.

To sour cabbage soup - utter nyama !!! Especially if in winter with frost.

We came home after the slide on the weekend with our grandchildren. The cabbage soup just arrived. And the bread was slightly stale. Just for the Potapians. I quickly bungled the plate. So the grandchildren then just carried these sandwiches. Even when the first one was eaten. Although lard is usually not liked. But after a good load in the frost - the Potapians went well !!!
And this is in children.
Potaptsy with bacon are more of a man's meal. They do not refuse them even without cabbage soup.
