Svetlana, packs are different, and the dough is in a roll. We disassemble each layer into 3-4 parts. Top sheet without filling - press on it. And then sprinkle with crumbs.The filling on each sheet is different: on one sheet the liver, on the other sauce and on top of fish and apples, then we alternate: one with the liver, the second with fish.

If you prepare two layers, then at least 6 layers will be. You can just make 2 cakes. Although, after the press, the cake is not at all high.
